Two of the four best teams in the Eastern Conference meet tonight as the New York Knicks visit the Cleveland Cavaliers. I'm following and bucking some trends tonight because, while Jalen Brunson should continue to underperform, Donovan Mitchell's cold streak from beyond the arc has a strong chance of ending tonight.

Jalen Brunson Under 26.5 points (-125)

Brunson has been less aggressive offensively when playing alongside OG Anunoby. His median point total is 20.5 across six February games with Anunoby.

Brunson has attempted 16 or fewer field goals three times in that span, while Anunoby has taken 11 or more shots in every outing - he's taking shots away from the Knicks' star point guard. BetMGM lists Brunson at Under 26.5 points (-125), but I would still consider playing it at any of the best sports betting sites at Under 25.5 points (-125).

He made 4 of 9 three-point attempts against the Knicks on Christmas Day.

The best widely available odds are +134 at DraftKings, but I would also play this at +125 at any of the best NBA betting sites.

My bankroll strategy is to treat one unit as 1 percent of the money I’ve set aside exclusively for sports betting.

It's interesting that Donovan Clingan's Under 15.5 rebounds + assists (-130) is the most-bet player prop at BetMGM tonight, but the odds have moved to -118.

With two of the Trail Blazers' top three rebounders, Deni Avdija and Robert Williams III, either out or questionable, I would caution against playing an Under on Clingan's rebounds. His Under 12.5 rebounds (-110) odds have also moved in the opposite direction to -105.
