🏁 AdventHealth 400 Predictions & Odds 2026: NASCAR Picks, Props, Best Bets at Kansas Today

I'm backing Tyler Reddick to add another win to Toyota's ledger and help us cash for a second straight week with our NASCAR picks and best bets for today's race.

After we cashed on a Toyota driver with our NASCAR picks last week, our AdventHealth 400 predictions are backing another win for the Cup Series' current points leader ahead of today's race at 2 p.m. ET (FOX, HBO Max) at Kansas Speedway in Kansas City.

Tyler Reddick won the pole and will start first in today's 37-car field, and he leads my NASCAR predictions and best bets at Kansas ahead of what should be one of the most entertaining races of the season. I'm also backing a former winner as a 60/1 long shot while fading last year's spring winner with my best bets at Kansas.

💡 How I'm betting the AdventHealth 400 at Kansas Speedway

Kansas is only the second traditional 1.5-mile intermediate on the schedule after Las Vegas back in mid-March, and the two tracks share a similar profile in terms of surface, banking, and the same right-side tire setup that NASCAR introduced last fall. Success at Las Vegas tends to translate to Kansas, which is why the best drivers in that race last month are among the favorites to win today's race.

Denny Hamlin won that March 15 race and leads the betting odds entering raceday, just ahead of defending spring winner Kyle Larson and fellow Toyota drivers Christopher Bell and former Kansas winner Tyler Reddick, who grabbed the pole on Saturday and has already won four times this season. Toyota secured four of the top five spots in qualifying, but Chevrolet has won the last four races here after Chase Elliott's win in the fall.

Those many contenders at one track has made for a fiercely competitive oddsboard without a clear favorite. That's why I'm grabbing cheap exposure to Chevrolet's flagship team, Hendrick Motorsports, while centering around Toyota as a manufacturer and its top driver through the first eight races of the season.

Tyler Reddick to win AdventHealth 400 (+550, 1u)

I'll be honest: the advanced metrics aren't great for Reddick at Kansas, where he's averaged an 18th-place finish in his last eight races with a 37.5% success rate and the sixth-worst PFAE (positions finished above expected) of the 55 drivers with at least one start at Kansas since 2022. But that's more of a reflection of his elite starting position (6.0) being marred by accidents or poor performance down the stretch.

He's still posted a top-five speed score at this track, and he won here back in 2023 while leading just two laps - one of seven times he's led laps at Kansas in his last nine races there. Reddick has also proven to simply be a different driver this year, winning four races in part because of his excellent closing speed and ability to block runs in any groove. And he torched the field in qualifying with a max speed that was nearly two seconds faster than Larson's pole-winning lap last year, when he led 221 of 267 laps in his last win.

I think Larson poses the biggest threat to Reddick this week, but he's priced more aggressively than Reddick, who is still catching generous +550 odds via BetMGM despite being the favorite across most of the best sports betting apps for NASCAR. The pole-sitter wins 20% of the time at Kansas, and Reddick's odds imply a 15.38% hit rate despite a more impressive qualifying run than most. I like the value and the driver.

📊 Tyler Reddick results this season (2026)

Here are how Reddick has fared through the first eight races this year:

  • Daytona (Feb. 15) - P1, 1 lap led 🏆
  • Atlanta (Feb. 22) - P1, 53 laps led 🏆
  • COTA (March 1) - P1, 58 laps led 🏆
  • Phoenix (March 8) - P8, 0 laps led
  • Las Vegas (March 15) - P13, 0 laps led
  • Darlington (March 22) - P1, 77 laps led 🏆
  • Martinsville (March 29) - P15, 0 laps led
  • Bristol (April 12) - P4, 0 laps led

🔥 More NASCAR picks at Kansas: AdventHealth 400

Chase Elliott to win AdventHealth 400 (+1600, 0.5u)

Elliott won this race five months ago in the fall, and his Kansas profile across the Next Gen era is among the best in the field: five top-10s in eight starts (fifth), third in PFAE (+54.5), and fifth in average finish (10.13) while tied for the best success rate (87.5%). He won at Martinsville two races ago on the same tire management skill set that Kansas rewards, and he's the best value among the top racing teams at Chevrolet or Toyota.

Joey Logano to win AdventHealth 400 (+3500, 0.25u)

Logano doesn't have the most impressive Next Gen resume at Kansas, but that was also true heading into last week's race at Bristol, where he finished seventh and showed real speed down the stretch. The No. 22 is being priced as an afterthought here despite three career wins (2014, 2015, 2020) and three top-10 finishes in his last six races here. At these long-shot odds, I'll gladly sprinkle a few bucks on the three-time champion to surprise at this 1.5-mile track.

Ross Chastain to win AdventHealth 400 (+6000, 0.25u)

Chastain is a staple on our bet slips whenever he's dealing at long odds because his upside is worth the payoff: he won here in 2022 and is tied with Elliott for the best success rate (87.5%) and fifth-best average finish (10.13) among active drivers in the Next Gen era. He profiles as a top-five driver at Kansas by advanced metrics, and while his rough qualifying session has him starting 31st, he excels at cutting through the field and picking up spots late in races. Don't be shocked if he comes through today.

🎯 Best NASCAR prop bets at Kansas: AdventHealth 400

Some weeks, I prefer to lean heavy on one or two drivers. Others, I'm all-in on the manufacturer. We're in the latter camp this week with Toyota profiling as the clear brand to beat in the manufacturer market, even with Chevrolet winning four straight at Kansas.

Toyota winning manufacturer (-120, 2.5u)

Choosing between Toyota drivers at Kansas is like digging through candy in a Halloween bucket. Nothing's sweeter than what Reddick did in practice and qualifying on Saturday to effectively put the field on notice, though Hamlin is the most familiar flavor at Kansas with four trips to Victory Lane (last 2023) and a runner-up finish last fall. With Christopher Bell, Chase Briscoe, and last week's winner Ty Gibbs joining those two among the favorites, I love our chances of returning more than two units on this bet at BetMGM.

Denny Hamlin top 5 (-110, 1u)

As I mentioned above, Hamlin is the winningest active driver here with four wins at Kansas - including three in his last 13 races - and two second-place finishes in five races since his last win in 2023. He's finished in the top five in seven of his last nine races at this track, so I'm frankly shocked that we're catching XXX odds, which feature an X.X% chance for us to cash this wager despite Hamlin starting second in tooday's race.

Christopher Bell top 5 (-110, 1u)

Bell's inability to close at Kansas held me off from betting his outright odds to win this race, but I still want exposure on the No. 20 car given how effective this team has been at Kansas. He's finished in the top five each of the last two years and four of eight races in the Next Gen era, and he's finished eighth or better in every race since 2021 aside from a wreck in 2023. You could invest more in the outright market; I prefer his top-five wager.

Ty Gibbs top 5 (+275, 0.5u)

Like Reddick, Gibbs is another driver whose track record at Kansas signals to stay away - but the historical data hasn't watched him on the track this season. The 23-year-old finally scored his first career win with a gutsy effort holding off Ryan Blaney and Kyle Reddick last week at Bristol, and he's finished in the top six in each of his last six races. If you aren't betting on Gibbs every week, you're missing out.
