As we await Selection Sunday on March 15, the March Madness MVP odds won't be available until the NCAA Tournament is set.

But although odds aren't yet available, Duke's Cameron Boozer is expected to be the most popular target for March Madness MVP predictions and picks. The freshman star is the runaway favorite to win the Wooden Award and has the Blue Devils ranked No. 1 in the country.

However, last year, Duke freshman Cooper Flagg opened as the March Madness MVP favorite (+370) and was knocked out before the NCAA Tournament. Could another college basketball star do the same to Boozer and Co.?
