🔍 2026 NFL mock draft: Round 1 pick-by-pick analysis

Odds via the best sports betting sitesAges at the time of the 2026 NFL Draft (April 23). RAS stands for Relative Athletic Score.

1. Las Vegas Raiders - Fernando Mendoza, QB, Indiana

  • Prospect profile: 6'5" | 236 lbs | 22 years old | RAS: N/A
  • Pro comparison: Carson Palmer
  • Odds to be No. 1 pick: -20000 via FanDuel

This pick has been set in stone for months. Mendoza just led Indiana to the most improbable championship in college football history and won the Heisman Trophy along the way. He's far and away the best QB prospect in the class, thanks to the anticipation and ball placement he throws with from the pocket, which helped him finish No. 3 in college football in QBR (88.4). Mendoza has all the tools to be a top-12 QB in the NFL and fits well in Las Vegas head coach Klint Kubiak's offense.

2. New York Jets - Arvell Reese, EDGE/LB, Ohio State

  • Prospect profile: 6'4" | 241 lbs | 20 years old | RAS: N/A
  • Pro comparison: More raw Micah Parsons/smaller Willie McGinest
  • Odds to be No. 2 pick: +130 via DraftKings

This has less to do with Aaron Glenn being a defensive-minded head coach and more to do with Arvell Reese having the highest upside of any player in the class. A joker (hybrid edge-linebacker) in Matt Patricia's defense at Ohio State, Reese has the athletic tools and power to develop into a double-digit sack artist in the NFL. He's a ready-made run defender who sets a mean edge, too, and he's lethal as a QB spy thanks to his range and change-of-direction skills.

➡️ Arvell Reese prospect profile & scouting report

3. Arizona Cardinals - David Bailey, EDGE, Texas Tech

  • Prospect profile: 6'4" | 251 lbs | 22 years old | RAS: 9.65
  • Pro comparison: Nik Bonitto
  • Odds to be No. 3 pick: +290 via FanDuel

There's plenty of buzz that David Bailey could be the pick at No. 2, but if he's not, Arizona Cardinals GM Monti Ossenfort will likely decide between taking him or an offensive lineman. Bailey is a twitched-up pass rusher with a scary first step who's capable of converting speed to power. And he plays with a relentless motor, both when hunting QBs or attacking the run. The former five-star recruit was No. 2 in the country in pressures this past season (81).

4. Tennessee Titans - Jeremiyah Love, RB, Notre Dame

  • Prospect profile: 6'0" | 212 lbs | 20 years old | RAS: N/A
  • Pro comparison: Edgerrin James
  • Odds to be No. 4 pick: +145 via FanDuel

Arguably the best pure football player in the class, Jeremiyah Love is too talented to slide out of the top five in a weak draft, despite playing a devalued position. New Tennessee Titans head coach Robert Saleh comes from the San Francisco 49ers, where he saw the impact of Christian McCaffrey. Love's burst (4.36 40-yard dash) and contact balance (4.5 yards per carry after contact) make him a home run threat on every touch. He's also the best pass-catching back in the class.

➡️ Jeremiyah Love prospect profile & scouting report

5. New York Giants - Sonny Styles, LB, Ohio State

  • Prospect profile: 6'5" | 244 lbs | 21 years old | RAS: 9.99
  • Pro comparison: Karlos Dansby
  • Odds to be No. 5 pick: +185 via DraftKings

Like Love, Sonny Styles plays a devalued position but is one of the easiest players to project to the NFL. The All-American is built like an edge rusher but has defensive back speed (4.46 40) and began his career at Ohio State as a safety. He would give John Harbaugh an alpha to lead the New York Giants' defense, with his instincts and physicality making him a nightmare against the run. He's one of the surest tacklers in recent draft history, too, with just a 2.2% missed tackle rate this past season.

6. Cleveland Browns - Francis Mauigoa, OL, Miami

  • Prospect profile: 6'5" | 329 lbs | 20 years old | RAS: 8.75
  • Pro comparison: Darnell Wright
  • Odds to be No. 6 pick: +800 via FanDuel

The direction of the Cleveland Browns remains unclear under Todd Monken, so targeting a high-floor player at a premium position is the best-case scenario. Francis Mauigoa is a mammoth who creates tons of movement in the run game thanks to his power, hand placement, and underrated athleticism. Though he has the talent to be an All-Pro guard, Mauigoa showed he has the footwork and enough length to stay at tackle in the pros after allowing just 15 pressures this past season.

7. Washington Commanders - Carnell Tate, WR, Ohio State

  • Prospect profile: 6'2" | 192 lbs | 21 years old | RAS: N/A
  • Pro comparison: Bigger DeVonta Smith
  • Odds to be No. 7 pick: +475 via DraftKings

After bringing in pass rush help in free agency, Washington Commanders GM Adam Peters will likely want to add a pass catcher early in the draft, and who better than the top wide receiver prospect? Carnell Tate has phenomenal ball skills/tracking ability, and his body control makes him a dangerous threat in 50/50 situations (85.7% contested catch rate). He can win downfield and is an ascending route runner that will complement fellow Buckeye Terry McLaurin well on the outside.

8. New Orleans Saints - Rueben Bain Jr., DL, Miami

  • Prospect profile: 6'2" | 263 lbs | 21 years old | RAS: N/A
  • Pro comparison: Brandon Graham
  • Odds to be No. 8 pick: +330 via DraftKings

The most dominant defensive player down the stretch of the college football season is also a historical outlier. While Rueben Bain Jr. led the country in pressures (83) with a 23.5% pass rush win rate, his arm length is in the 1st percentile for edge rushers (30 7/8"). Although his arm length and questions about an off-field incident could push him down the board, New Orleans Saints GM Mickey Loomis will have a hard time passing on a Cameron Jordan replacement.

9. Kansas City Chiefs - Spencer Fano, OL, Utah

  • Prospect profile: 6'5" | 311 lbs | 21 years old | RAS: 9.80
  • Pro comparison: Alijah Vera-Tucker
  • Odds to be No. 9 pick: +500 via DraftKings

The Kansas City Chiefs have several holes to fill, but GM Brett Veach may be focused on the one that keeps Patrick Mahomes healthy going forward. With his ridiculous movement skills, Spencer Fano can compete to start at right tackle or move inside to guard, where his lack of length will be less of a concern. Regardless of where he plays up front, Fano can immediately boost the Chiefs' run game with his ability to get to the second level, and his footwork will make him a plus in pass protection.

10. Cincinnati Bengals - Caleb Downs, SAF, Ohio State

  • Prospect profile: 6'0" | 206 lbs | 21 years old | RAS: N/A
  • Pro comparison: Bigger Budda Baker
  • Odds to be No. 10 pick: +285 via DraftKings

The theme of this draft class is blue-chip talents playing non-premium positions, and Caleb Downs is the poster boy for it. The three-time All-American has been labeled a potential top-10 pick since starting for Nick Saban at Alabama as an 18-year-old. His football IQ is through the roof, and he frequently showcases it by putting himself in position to make plays on the ball and ball carriers (he hasn't allowed a TD since 2023). Downs is the leader the Cincinnati Bengals need on their defense.

11. Miami Dolphins - Mansoor Delane, CB, LSU

  • Prospect profile: 6'0" | 187 lbs | 22 years old | RAS: N/A
  • Pro comparison: Marshon Lattimore
  • Odds to be first CB selected: -210 via DraftKings

New Miami Dolphins GM Jon-Eric Sullivan needs to target a wide receiver or a cornerback with this pick, and given head coach Jeff Hafley's background working with defensive backs, they take the latter here. Mansoor Delane is one of the cleanest prospects in the class with crisp footwork to mirror and match receivers at the line and the silky hips to transition and run with them. Delane's ball skills are as impressive as his technique; he led the SEC in forced incompletions (11).

12. 🔁 TRADE: New York Jets (from Dallas) - Makai Lemon, WR, USC

  • Prospect profile: 5'11" | 192 lbs | 21 years old | RAS: N/A
  • Pro comparison: Amon-Ra St. Brown
  • Odds to be second WR drafted: +170 via DraftKings

With the Los Angeles Rams potentially eyeing a wide receiver, and Makai Lemon being an obvious fit, the Jets trade up from No. 16 with the Dallas Cowboys to jump Les Snead and Sean McVay. Lemon gives New York a perfect Robin to Garrett Wilson's Batman in Gotham with the USC product being a plus-and-play slot. The Biletnikoff winner lacks the physical tools of the other top options at receiver, but he has some of the most trustworthy hands in the class, and his shiftiness helps him create after the catch.

Trade specifics: Jets trade picks No. 16 (Round 1) and No. 103 (Round 4) to Cowboys for pick No. 12 (Round 1).

13. 🔁 TRADE: Tampa Bay Buccaneers (from Atlanta via LA Rams) - Keldric Faulk, DL, Auburn

  • Prospect profile: 6'6" | 276 lbs | 21 years old | RAS: 9.11
  • Pro comparison: Rashan Gary
  • Odds for Buccaneers to draft DL: +135 via DraftKings

After being jumped by the Jets, the Rams find a trade partner in the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, who look to move up past the Baltimore Ravens to land a defensive lineman full of potential. Keldric Faulk has the size and athleticism that Tampa Bay GM Jason Licht covets. Although he lacked production (10 sacks in three seasons), Faulk's versatility (played all over Auburn's D-line), heavy hands, power, and length should help him reach his potential and become an every-down impact player.

Trade specifics: Buccaneers trade picks No. 15 (Round 1) and No. 155 (Round 5) to Rams for pick No. 13 (Round 1).

14. Baltimore Ravens - Vega Ioane, OG, Penn State

  • Prospect profile: 6'4" | 320 lbs | 22 years old | RAS: N/A
  • Pro comparison: Kevin Zeitler
  • Odds for Ravens to draft OL: +140 via DraftKings

Two popular pairings with the Ravens are Faulk and Vega Ioane. With Faulk off the board, GM Eric DeCosta would be smart to take one of the closest players to being "bust-proof" at a position of need for Baltimore. Ioane can step right into the starting left guard spot as a rookie and bolster the Ravens' run game with the violent pop in his hands and tone-setting attitude that usually has him playing through the whistle. Ioane's strong anchor in pass pro can also help keep Lamar Jackson upright.

15. 🔁 TRADE: Los Angeles Rams (from Tampa Bay) - KC Concepcion, WR, Texas A&M

  • Prospect profile: 6'0" | 196 lbs | 21 years old | RAS: N/A
  • Pro comparison: Zay Flowers
  • Odds for Rams to draft WR: +105 via DraftKings

If the Rams want to come out of the first round with a wide receiver, they will. Snead and McVay have options with Jordyn Tyson, Omar Cooper Jr., and KC Concepcion, but if they want to swing for the most electric of the three, it has to be Concepcion. The Texas A&M star is a dynamic route runner with the speed to win vertically and the lateral explosion to create after the catch - he's also an elite punt returner. While his ball skills could use improvement, drops are an overrated evaluation metric and shouldn't dissuade Los Angeles from taking a player with such a high ceiling.

Trade specifics: Rams trade pick No. 13 (Round 1) to Buccaneers for picks No. 15 (Round 1) and No. 155 (Round 5).

16. 🔁 TRADE: Dallas Cowboys (from Indianapolis via NY Jets) - Jermod McCoy, CB, Tennessee

  • Prospect profile: 6'1" | 188 lbs | 20 years old | RAS: 9.67
  • Pro comparison: Denzel Ward
  • Odds to be drafted Round 1: -4000 via DraftKings

The Cowboys are in good shape to move back in the draft and still land an impact defender. This is an ideal pick for new defensive coordinator Christian Parker, whose defense adds a player in Jermod McCoy who may have gone in the top 10 if not for a torn ACL that caused him to miss the 2025 season. In 2024, as a 19-year-old sophomore, McCoy's elite footwork and closing speed were on full display when he finished top 10 in the Power Four in forced incompletions (12).

Trade specifics: Cowboys trade pick No. 12 (Round 1) to Jets for picks No. 16 (Round 1) and No. 103 (Round 4).

17. Detroit Lions - Monroe Freeling, OT, Georgia

  • Prospect profile: 6'7" | 315 lbs | 21 years old | RAS: 9.99
  • Pro comparison: Kolton Miller
  • Odds for Lions to draft OL: -175 via DraftKings

Ever since rumors of Taylor Decker's potential retirement (before he was released), the Detroit Lions have been linked to offensive tackle prospects. Luckily for Brad Holmes and Dan Campbell, there are several offensive tackles worthy of being mid-first-round picks. Here they land one of the fastest risers in the class, Monroe Freeling, a freak athlete who explodes to the second level as a run blocker. While he needs to improve his leverage and hand placement, the athleticism is enticing.

18. Minnesota Vikings - Dillon Thieneman, SAF, Oregon

  • Prospect profile: 6'0" | 201 lbs | 21 years old | RAS: 9.71
  • Pro comparison: Faster Xavier McKinney
  • Odds for Vikings to draft SAF: +190 via DraftKings

There may not be a more popular pick outside of Mendoza to the Raiders than Dillon Thieneman to the Minnesota Vikings. The All-American can be the Harrison Smith replacement on Brian Flores' defense, with his range and athleticism allowing him to play as a deep safety and his aggressiveness and take-on skills making him an impact player in the box. Thieneman's suddenness and route recognition make him a perfect playmaker on Flores' blitz-happy defense.

19. Carolina Panthers - Kenyon Sadiq, TE, Oregon

  • Prospect profile: 6'3" | 241 lbs | 21 years old | RAS: 9.52
  • Pro comparison: Vernon Davis
  • Odds to be drafted by Panthers: +300 via DraftKings

The Carolina Panthers have no choice but to hope Bryce Young continues to progress under Dave Canales. And to do so, GM Dan Morgan must invest more draft capital in playmakers. Adding Kenyon Sadiq at tight end to complement last year's Offensive Rookie of the Year, Tetairoa McMillan, makes too much sense. Sadiq is a mismatch with his explosiveness (4.39 40, 43 1/2" vertical). He can line up in-line as a Y (he's a willing blocker) or be an F who bullies defensive backs with his size.

20. 🔁 TRADE: Buffalo Bills (from Green Bay via Dallas) - Jordyn Tyson, WR, Arizona State

  • Prospect profile: 6'2" | 203 lbs | 21 years old | RAS: N/A
  • Pro comparison: Amari Cooper
  • Odds for Bills to draft WR: +475 via DraftKings

Dallas trades back once again with a team looking to add an impact receiver, and this time it's the Buffalo Bills jumping the Pittsburgh Steelers to select one of the most complete pass catchers in the draft. While Buffalo did trade for DJ Moore, the Bills must get Josh Allen more help. Injuries plagued Jordyn Tyson throughout his collegiate career, but when he was on the field, it felt like he was always moving the chains. He has a deep release package and the start-stop ability to be a devastating route runner.

Trade specifics: Bills trade picks No. 26 (Round 1) and No. 126 (Round 4) to the Cowboys for pick No. 20 (Round 1).

21. Pittsburgh Steelers - Kadyn Proctor, OL, Alabama

  • Prospect profile: 6'7" | 352 lbs | 20 years old | RAS: 8.79
  • Pro comparison: Orlando Brown Jr.
  • Odds for Steelers to draft OL: +185 via DraftKings

Assuming Aaron Rodgers is returning to Pittsburgh for Mike McCarthy's first season at the helm, the Steelers need to add a receiver or an offensive lineman. Assistant GM Andy Weidl comes from the Philadelphia Eagles organization, one that always prioritizes massive men in the trenches, so Kadyn Proctor makes complete sense. The All-American is surprisingly explosive at his size, and when he gets his hands on defenders, it's game over. Proctor could play left tackle or left guard.

22. Los Angeles Chargers - Chris Johnson, CB, San Diego State

  • Prospect profile: 6'0" | 193 lbs | 21 years old | RAS: 9.84
  • Pro comparison: Jaire Alexander
  • Odds for Chargers to draft CB: +850 via DraftKings

The first non-P4 player off the board in this mock hails from where the Los Angeles Chargers used to play. Chris Johnson was among the most underrated prospects about a month ago, but now it seems everyone believes he's going Round 1, and rightfully so. The Mountain West Defensive Player of the Year is the definition of a technician with one of the smoothest pedals you'll see along with the eyes and feel to make frequent plays on the ball. He allowed just a 16.1 NFL QB rating this past season.

23. Philadelphia Eagles - Max Iheanachor, OT, Arizona State

  • Prospect profile: 6'6" | 321 lbs | 22 years old | RAS: 9.86
  • Pro comparison: Taylor Moton
  • Odds for Eagles to draft OL: +115 via DraftKings

When in doubt, Howie Roseman drafts athletic trench players. This time around, the Eagles can prepare for life after Lane Johnson by drafting another freaky athlete who began his career at the JUCO level and came late to playing offensive line. Max Iheanachor is this year's "dancing bear," with the native of Nigeria growing up playing soccer before eventually hitting the gridiron in 2021. Despite being new to the sport, his sweet feet and dominant Senior Bowl have propelled him up the board.

24. Cleveland Browns (from Jacksonville) - Omar Cooper Jr., WR, Indiana

  • Prospect profile: 6'0" | 199 lbs | 22 years old | RAS: 9.15
  • Pro comparison: Emeka Egbuka
  • Odds to be drafted Under 23.5: -200 via DraftKings

In an ideal world, the Browns come out of the first round with an offensive lineman and a wide receiver. And it's hard to ask for a better scenario than getting Mauigoa and Cooper. The Indiana wide receiver would immediately start for Cleveland and give Monken a YAC weapon to help take pressure off whoever starts at QB. Cooper is like a running back with his ability to break contact, ranking No. 4 nationally in forced missed tackles on receptions (27), and he's just as physical blocking.

25. Chicago Bears - Emmanuel McNeil-Warren, SAF, Toledo

  • Prospect profile: 6'3" | 201 lbs | 22 years old | RAS: 9.01
  • Pro comparison: Justin Reid
  • Odds for Bears to draft SAF: +275 via DraftKings

With the Chicago Bears' offense in better shape with head coach Ben Johnson and quarterback Caleb Williams than it has been in decades, GM Ryan Poles can afford to add an enforcer in the secondary. Emmanuel McNeil-Warren is built like a condor with his length, and he flies around like one, too. At Toledo, the All-American played everything from single-high, where he showcased his range and fluidity, to in the box as a tight end stopper. EMW is a violent player who forced nine fumbles in college.

26. 🔁 TRADE: Dallas Cowboys (from Buffalo) - Akheem Mesidor, EDGE, Miami

  • Prospect profile: 6'3" | 259 lbs | 25 years old | RAS: N/A
  • Pro comparison: Tuli Tuipulotu
  • Odds to be drafted Round 1: -550 via DraftKings

If the Cowboys come away with a defensive back and a front-seven player who can make an impact right away, that's a win. While Akheem Mesidor is more than four years older than several other first-round prospects, he can inject energy into Dallas' pass rush. With his weaponized hands, the Canadian has one of the deepest pass-rush toolboxes in the class and a motor that runs hot. Mesidor was in the top five nationally in sacks (12.5) and pressures (67) this past season.

Trade specifics: Cowboys trade pick No. 20 (Round 1) to the Bills for picks No. 26 (Round 1) and No. 126 (Round 4).

27. San Francisco 49ers - Caleb Lomu, OT, Utah

  • Prospect profile: 6'6" | 313 lbs | 21 years old | RAS: 9.77
  • Pro comparison: Abe Lucas
  • Odds for 49ers to draft OL: +115 via DraftKings

With the Trent Williams situation unresolved, the San Francisco 49ers may want to add some insurance. With Williams still elite, the best case would be him returning and Caleb Lomu spending a year sitting and learning from arguably the best offensive tackle in NFL history. Lomu is a top-notch athlete with light feet and the lateral quickness to become a star in Kyle Shanahan's system. He needs to get stronger, though, so spending a year developing his body would be best.

28. Houston Texans - Kayden McDonald, IDL, Ohio State

  • Prospect profile: 6'2" | 326 lbs | 21 years old | RAS: N/A
  • Pro comparison: Travis Jones
  • Odds for Texans to draft DL: +160 via DraftKings

The first interior defensive lineman goes off the board to a team that's already loaded on the defensive side of the ball. Although the Houston Texans aren't absolutely desperate for defensive tackle help, it's one of their bigger needs, and Kayden McDonald can fit into the rotation right away. While McDonald needs to develop a stronger pass rush plan, he's a classic run-stuffing nose tackle that can occupy double teams and eat space to keep the Pro Bowlers around him clean.

29. Kansas City Chiefs (from LA Rams) - Avieon Terrell, CB, Clemson

  • Prospect profile: 5'11" | 186 lbs | 21 years old | RAS: 4.94
  • Pro comparison: Cortland Finnegan
  • Odds to be drafted Round 1: -180 via DraftKings

After trading Trent McDuffie to the Rams and losing Jaylen Watson to them in free agency, Veach and Andy Reid need to add to their secondary if they're going to keep up in the AFC. A perfect McDuffie replacement is Avieon Terrell. The brother of AJ Terrell can be a weapon with his feisty play demeanor, short-area quickness, and cover instincts. Like McDuffie, Terrell can play outside or at nickel and create havoc with the way he attacks - he forced eight fumbles the last two seasons.

30. Miami Dolphins (from Denver) - Denzel Boston, WR, Washington

  • Prospect profile: 6'4" | 212 lbs | 22 years old | RAS: N/A
  • Pro comparison: Courtland Sutton
  • Odds to be drafted Round 1: -190 via DraftKings

The Dolphins simply cannot roll out their current wide receiver depth chart and expect Malik Willis to find success in his first season with the franchise. Miami needs to add a ball winner on the outside to take advantage of Willis' arm talent, and at this point in the draft, Denzel Boston is the clear choice. Boston has excellent ball skills that helped him record a 76.9% contested catch rate and 11 touchdowns this past season. He can be Miami's Week 1 starting X-receiver.

31. New England Patriots - Blake Miller, OT, Clemson

  • Prospect profile: 6'7" | 317 lbs | 22 years old | RAS: 9.90
  • Pro comparison: Taylor Decker
  • Odds for Patriots to draft OL: +200 via DraftKings

If the New England Patriots are going to get back to winning Super Bowls, they have to continue to build around Drake Maye. Morgan Moses is 35, and Blake Miller makes plenty of sense as his replacement for Mike Vrabel's team. Miller is one of the toughest and most experienced players in the class, with 54 starts at Clemson. He's also an underrated athlete - 90th percentile broad (113") and 87th percentile vert (32") - and checks the box for length with 34 1/4" arms.

32. Seattle Seahawks - TJ Parker, EDGE, Clemson

  • Prospect profile: 6'3" | 263 lbs | 21 years old | RAS: 9.39
  • Pro comparison: George Karlaftis
  • Odds for Seahawks to draft EDGE: +400 via DraftKings

The most obvious need for the Super Bowl champion Seattle Seahawks is at running back, but it's hard to justify taking one here. Instead, GM John Schneider continues adding to Mike Macdonald's defense with a Boye Mafe replacement. TJ Parker is a perfect fit for the Seahawks' deep D-line rotation, with his power, edge-setting, and motor.  If he can develop his pass rush moves, there's Pro Bowl potential for Parker on this defense.

🚫 NFL teams without first-round picks: Who will top selections be?

Pick Team Player (POS) School
47 Indianapolis Colts Jacob Rodriguez (LB) Texas Tech
48 Atlanta Falcons Chris Bell (WR) Louisville
52 Green Bay Packers Brandon Cisse (CB) South Carolina
56 Jacksonville Jaguars Josiah Trotter (LB) Missouri
62 Denver Broncos Lee Hunter (IDL) Texas Tech

47. Indianapolis Colts - Jacob Rodriguez, LB, Texas Tech

  • Prospect profile: 6'1" | 231 lbs | 23 years old | RAS: 9.61
  • Pro comparison: Matt Milano
  • Odds for Colts to draft LB: +275 via DraftKings

Indianapolis Colts GM Chris Ballard could look at wide receiver here, but they have a bigger hole at linebacker. The Colts badly need a playmaker at the position, and that's exactly what Jacob Rodriguez was as the leader of a dominant Texas Tech defense. Rodriguez's range, IQ, and energy helped him win pretty much every defensive award in college football last season because he was a ball magnet. The former QB forced seven fumbles and picked off four passes in 2025.

48. Atlanta Falcons - Chris Bell, WR, Louisville

  • Prospect profile: 6'2" | 222 lbs | 21 years old | RAS: N/A
  • Pro comparison: Chris Godwin
  • Odds for Falcons to draft WR: +320 via DraftKings

As the Kevin Stefanski era gets underway, the Atlanta Falcons need to find more wide receiver help if Michael Penix Jr. is going to live up to where he was drafted. Before a torn ACL late last season, Chris Bell was in the first round conversation and could be an ideal complement to Drake London. With his size and explosiveness, Bell can play as a power slot or on the outside as an X. He's just as dangerous creating YAC as he is winning contested catches downfield.

52. Green Bay Packers - Brandon Cisse, CB, South Carolina

  • Prospect profile: 6'0" | 189 lbs | 20 years old | RAS: 9.24

If the Packers can figure out their cornerback room, they should have one of the better defenses in the NFL once again this season. Without a first-round pick, it would make sense for GM Brian Gutekunst to swing on a high upside cornerback like Brandon Cisse. One of the top athletes (93rd percentile vertical and 91st percentile broad) and youngest players in the draft, Cisse excels in man coverage, where he can lean on his speed to stay attached to receivers.

56. Jacksonville Jaguars - Josiah Trotter, LB, Missouri

  • Pro comparison: Jordyn Brooks
  • Odds for Jaguars to draft LB: +650 via DraftKings

To keep the momentum going in Jacksonville after head coach Liam Cohen and GM James Gladstone's first season with the Jaguars, the franchise could eye an instant impact player like Josiah Trotter. The son of Jeremiah Trotter Sr., the younger Trotter plays a lot like his father as a middle linebacker who lives for fitting the run. Trotter does an impressive job reading keys and putting himself in position to stop the run. He would be a strong replacement for Devin Lloyd.

62. Denver Broncos - Lee Hunter, IDL, Texas Tech

  • Prospect profile: 6'3" | 318 lbs | 23 years old | RAS: 4.12
  • Pro comparison: DJ Reader
  • Odds for Broncos to draft DL: +250 via DraftKings

After trading their first-round pick for Jaylen Waddle, Sean Payton and George Paton could look to add to their defense with their first pick of the draft. The Denver Broncos' defensive tackle room is a little light in terms of talent and weight, so why not add a player that could remind some fans of Terrance "Pot Roast" Knighton? Lee Hunter is a load against the run with his strength and heavy hands helping him control linemen and eat space. He can be an impact run defender from Week 1 on.
